This is the process that involves assessing an interpreter's current position in the language market and gathering key information to develop a personalized plan based on their strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and strategies for the short, medium, or long term.
*The rate per unit consists in 30 minutes dedicated to the assessment and plan tailoring.
